When you say you cannot get help exactly what do you mean? Is your husband not getting any medical help at all? On the other hand, there isn't much that can be done to stop the progress of COPD. All the money and medical care in the world won't cure it. Even famous People like Johnny Carson have died from it. I am saddened every time I read about someone like your husband. You both have my sympathies and my prayers.
