Please, I need your help very much!

I live in Montreal, Canada, where smokers are really penalized. The price of cigarettes have very high taxes. One pack in Montreal= $9 (Canadian dollars) and the same pack in the United States= US$ 3.
Besides, people are not permitted to smoke in stores, restaurants, libraries, anywhere.
I smoke around 12 a day, but smoke each cigarette in 2 to 3 times, that means that I daily light a cigarette around 36 times a day.
I am very anxious and nervous person.
I would love to quit smoking. Once I tried with patches, and in the last level when its patch free, I started smoking over again.
I actually have a tumour in an adrenal gland and will be operated. That makes me nervous too. But anyway, I've always been a nervous person, and even, if I had a very short time left to live, I would love to quit smoking, because I feel I am slave of the cigarette, and that I am a physical and psychological drug addict.
I would very much thank you for your help.

I quit smoking using an amazing and very simple method. I suffered no nicotine withdrawals, in fact no bother at all! I just didn't feel like smoking from one moment to the next! The method is called EFT and there's someone out there who offers free (donate if you want) email consultations. Here is the website: http://www.info-santanyi.com/eftservice/eftforall.html

I hope it works for you as good as it did for me, best of luck!

Thank you so much !

Right now I'm at the office. So, I can't open the site. When I'm home, I will definitely go to your site. Since February 4, I am not smoking, and chewing nicotine gums. But I YES, I AM SUFFERING VERY MUCH. I am really afraid of not being able to keep it up.

Thank you !

I really hope that your method and website will help me.

Regards,

Dianita

brother u want to quit smoking ok so u can but u have to follow four steps :-

Step 1
1)List your reason to quit and read them several times a day.
2)Wrap you cigarette pack with paper and rubber bands. Each time you smoke , write down the time of day ,how you feel , and how important that cigarette is that to you on scale 1 to 5.
3)Re wrap the pack.

Step 2
1)Keep reading your list of reason and add to it if you can.
2)Dont carry matches , and keep you cigarettes out of easy rich.
3)Each day try to smoke fewer cigarettes ,and try not to smoke the one's that aren't most important.

Step3
1)Continue with step two.Set a target date to quit.

Step 4
1)Quit smoking completely throw out all cigarettes and matches hide lighter and ashtray.

Your method seems great.

Thank you so much for your support !

My particular problem, is that my reason for smoking is: nervousness, anxiety, besides my Physical + Psychological addiction.

I have already made a step. Since February 4, I quit smoking, and I'm chewing nicotine gums. Even if I haven't smoked since almost 2 months, it continues being terrible. I dreamt twice that I was smoking, and I felt so well.....
During the day it's less terrible because I work at an office. But at night, when I'm home it really becomes terrible, and cannot even read because I can't concentrate.
IN MY CASE, what do you suggest me toI do to diminish my nervousness and anguish due to the lack of cigarette.

I suppose you were a smoker and quit smoking with this method. Congratulations !
I would really appreciate if you NOW gave me an advice considering my particular situation.
Again, Thank you so much !

I'm still asking myself if I will be able to quit, or if I'll give up

I would really appreciate

Hi,
I felt like I didn't want to be a slave to a cigarette too. What keeps me
smoke free is that I walk. It sounds silly I know. I think walking
keeps my mind thinking about my day, keeps me less stressed and
depressed. I don't know, all I know is it helps me. The other things
you are doing, I did. It worked for me and I am not unique.

Hello Everyone!

My name is David and untill a few days ago I used to smoke 2 packs a day. I have tried, like many others, to quit for years. I have tried everything in the market, gums, paches, even chantix. However I must say that nothing comes close to the eCigarette. It is so easy to quit with it. The whole point is you just keep smoking! The eCigarette dosen't contiain any tabbacoo or tar, which means it is a lot less harmful then an old fastion cigarette.

On top of everything, since the eCigarette is non flameable and contains no tabbaco there is no laws that phorhibed its use anywhere. You can smoke it whereever you want, at the mall, the airport, your office, at home, anywhere at all!

Check it out

Hello David...

Hello David,

I live in Montreal, Canada, where there are NO eCigarettes. Many years ago, I tried to quit smoking using Patches. IT DID NOT WORK ! This year, I started with Gums, and I'm not smoking since February 4.
But, you know what ? Now, in November 2008, I yet need a cigarette from time to time. While I was with the Thrive Gums, I discovered the Thrive Lozenges, much better than the Gums that you throw away 5 minutes later. The Lozenge, you put it in your mouth and let it melt by itself. It lasts for a much longer time. TODAY, NOVEMBER 27, I USED 2 LOZENGES, and I quit smoking on 4 February !
That means, EVEN IF I DON'T SMOKE ANYMORE, I'M STILL AN ADDICT !
But, I'm forbidding myself to smoke, because I don't want to rebecome slave to the cigarette.
I hope I won't give up. I cannot be sure of myself, since today, 2 Lozenges...

Kind regards,

Diana
